Ten Straight Years.
One Ranking Held.
Anyone Can Win a Ranking. Almost Nobody Keeps One.
The SEO case-study genre is built on launches: the six-month climb, the graph that goes up and to the right, the screenshot taken the week it peaked. Almost none of them tell you what happened in year three. Advanced BioCell is the opposite kind of study. The brief was never "rank us" — it was "keep us ranked," through every algorithm change since Spring 2016, in a specialised wellness category where being found first is the whole patient-acquisition model. That is the harder job, and it is the one almost no agency can show you evidence of.
Profile as Product.
The engine of this result is Google Business optimization treated as an ongoing discipline rather than a setup task: a profile kept complete, current, categorized precisely, fed with real signals, and defended through every Google algorithm shift since 2016. Local SEO supports it; a decade of maintenance sustains it. There's no trick in this study to steal. There's a habit.
The Ledger.

| "High Dose Ozone Therapy" Los Angeles | #1 | Google Search |

We publish the volume row because leaving it out would let this read as something it is not. "High Dose Ozone Therapy" is a narrow term in a specialised category, not a high-traffic head keyword, and it is not hard to reach the top of. What is hard — and what this study is actually about — is still being there ten years later, after every core update, every competitor who tried, and every agency that promised the same spot to someone else. Duration is the claim. The rest is context.
Rankings That Hold Are the Ones That Pay.
The dirty math of SEO is that a ranking's value is its duration: a month at #1 is an anecdote; a decade is an asset that compounded through every year of patient searches. This study is our proof that the maintenance half of the craft, the unglamorous, monthly, never-finished half, is where the return actually lives. It is also the only claim on this site we cannot shorten: you either held a ranking for ten years or you did not.
