This policy explains how 11 Marketing + Design uses cookies and similar technologies on 11marketing.com. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal information more broadly.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. It lets the site remember things between page loads and between visits, such as whether you are logged in or what you did last time.
We also use technologies that work like cookies without being cookies: pixels and tracking scripts that load when a page opens, and local storage that keeps data in your browser. Everything in this policy applies to those too.
2. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary. These make the site work. They handle security, load balancing, and form submission. The site cannot function without them.
Performance and analytics. These tell us how many people visit, which pages they read, how they arrived, and where they leave. We use this to decide what to build and fix. The reporting is aggregated.
Advertising and targeting. These measure whether our ads produce inquiries, and they let advertising platforms show our ads to people who have visited the site. This is the category that follows you to other websites.
Functional. These remember preferences so the site behaves consistently for you.

4. Third party cookies
Some cookies above are set by Google and Meta rather than by us. Those companies decide how they use the data they collect and are governed by their own policies:

We also embed content from third parties in places, such as maps, video, and review widgets. When you load a page containing embedded content, that provider may set its own cookies.
5. How to control cookies
Your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies:

- Safari: Settings, Privacy
- Firefox: Settings, Privacy and Security
- Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site, including forms.
Analytics specifically. Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all sites, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertising specifically. You can manage ad personalization at:
- Google: adssettings.google.com
- Meta: facebook.com/adpreferences
- Industry opt-out pages: optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com
Opting out stops personalized ads. It does not stop ads.
6. Do Not Track
Browsers send a Do Not Track header inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for responding to it. We do not respond to DNT signals. The controls described in Section 5 are the ways to limit what is collected.
7. Changes
We update this policy when the tools on our site change or the law changes. The date at the top reflects the current version.
