We are a Texas business and this policy is governed by Texas law.
2. Information you give us directly
We collect information when you choose to send it to us. That includes:
- Contact and audit request forms. Name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Job applications. Name, contact details, resume or work history, portfolio links, and your answers to our application questions.
- Email and phone. Anything you tell us when you contact us directly.
- Client onboarding. If you become a client, we collect billing contacts, account access credentials you choose to share with us, and business information needed to deliver the work.
We do not require you to give us any of this. If you do not want to send it, do not submit the form.
3. Information collected automatically
When you visit 11marketing.com, some information is collected by your browser and by the tools we run on the site. This includes IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate location derived from IP address.
The tools that collect this are:
- Google Analytics 4. Traffic and behavior measurement. Google's practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. Conversion measurement and advertising.
- Meta Pixel. Advertising measurement on Facebook and Instagram.
Section 8 and our Cookie Policy explain how to turn this off.
4. Why we use it
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and send you the audit or information you requested
- Deliver, support, and invoice for services you have engaged us to provide
- Improve our website and understand which pages and campaigns work
- Measure and target our own advertising
- Evaluate job applications
- Keep records, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations
We use it for those purposes and not for others.
5. Phone calls
We may use call tracking numbers so we can tell which marketing source produced a call. Call tracking records the calling number, the time and length of the call, and the source that routed it.
We do not record calls.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising by third parties. We have never done either, and we do not accept payment or other consideration in exchange for data.
We do share information with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, limited to what they need to do their job. These fall into these categories:
- Website hosting and site security
- Email delivery and CRM
- Analytics and advertising platforms
- Payment and invoicing processors
- Scheduling, file storage, and business software
- Search visibility and rank tracking tools
We also disclose information where the law requires it, in response to valid legal process, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
7. Client data and AI systems
Where we act as a service provider to a client, the client is the controller of the data and we process it under their instructions and our services agreement. We use software that applies artificial intelligence to search visibility analysis, content research, and reporting. Where personal data is processed by those systems on a client's behalf, we assist that client in meeting their security and breach notification obligations, as required by Texas law effective January 1, 2026.
We do not feed client customer lists, contact databases, or other personal data into public AI tools.
8. Your choices and your rights
Everyone can:
- Opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Refuse or clear cookies in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
- Unsubscribe from email using the link in any marketing email we send.
- Ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@11marketing.com.
Texas residents. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas consumers the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling.
To exercise any of these, email hello@11marketing.com with the request and enough information for us to locate your records. We will respond within 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days where reasonably necessary, and we will tell you if we do. There is no charge for the first request in a twelve month period.
If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond to an appeal within 60 days. If the appeal is denied, you may complain to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
Residents of other states. If you live in a state with a comparable privacy law, send the same request to the same address and we will treat it the same way.
9. Sensitive information
We do not collect sensitive personal information as Texas law defines it, and we do not sell it under any circumstances. Do not send us government ID numbers, health information, financial account numbers, or precise geolocation through our website forms. If you need to send something sensitive in the course of a client engagement, ask us for a secure method.
10. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and audit request records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then for our own business records. We keep client records for the length of the engagement and afterward for the period required by tax, contract, and professional obligations. We keep job applications for one year unless you ask us to remove yours sooner. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the parts that identify you.
11. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, reputable vendors, and limits on who inside the company can reach client and applicant data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that requires notice, we will notify affected individuals and the Texas Attorney General as required by Texas law.
12. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@11marketing.com and we will delete it.
13. Other websites
Our site links to client work, partner tools, and third party resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them. Read their policies before giving them information.
14. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change or the law changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
